Transport damage

We place great value on reliability and service. Consequently, all products must undergo a thorough inspection prior to leaving our logistics centre. In the event of a mishap occurring in spite of this and the goods being damaged en route to you, we will obviously take steps to rectify this straight away. We have compiled all important information regarding what to do in the event of damage in a concise PDF document.

What should be done in the event of transport damage?

Please enclose our service consignment note with the goods. Mark the point indicated "Other" and enter "Transport damage" as description of defect. In the event of problems and uncertainty please contact your responsible sales person
